A blend of riding and yoga to invigorate and focus the mind with the flow of cyclic motion from the Spinning® Program fused with an off the bike yoga flow experience. Both aspects compliment to awaken the body and mind for a new day. Experience an appreciation of riding to enhance Biomechanical balance and move through energising asanas (yoga poses). Incense and candles will form part of the experience. Please advise of allergies. Session notes and class plan provided on SCHED.
